Taylor Rosenberger is a professional dancer, singer, actor, and model living in New York City.
Storytelling is his main passion. Through the performing and visual arts, he is able to do so. Whether it is through song, movement, choreography, script, or pictures, he is telling a story often close to his heart.
Dance is one of Taylor’s favorite passions. He has shared his passion for dance by appearing in several music videos for a variety of artists. Most recently, Taylor was featured in a Trevor Jackson (Atlantic Records) music video entitled Good Girl Bad Girl. Taylor was a dancer in a music video entitled See You Again— choreographed by Cat Cogliandro (Pulse Choreographer’s Pick, Broadway Dance Center). He was also featured in Ian Erix’s (Sony/Ultra Records) music video Sex, Dance, Rock and Roll. Taylor also appeared in music videos choreographed by Lane Napper (Nickelodeon’s Victorious). Taylor enjoys studying dance every opportunity he can get. He always seeks to study from the best instructors and choreographers that he possibly can. Some of these teachers include: Sonya Tayeh, Mandy Moore, Chaz Buzan, Travis Wall, Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance, Cat Cogliandro, Billy Bell, Justin Conte, Mishay Petronelli, Derek Mitchell, Brice Mousset, Ellenore Scott, and Matthew Powell to name a few. Taylor also enjoys going to dance conventions and intensives to study from working, in-demand choreographers. He has attended JUMP Dance Convention, 24 Seven Dance Convention, Nuvo Dance Convention, The Dance Awards, and Generation IV. He is currently a senior in the prestigious BFA Commercial Dance program at Pace University.
Taylor has modeled professionally for stores and brands such as Kohl’s, Marshalls, Dillards, Bob’s Stores, Nikon cameras, and Ford Motor Company. He has also modeled for household names such as Good Housekeeping Magazine, Family Circle, Better Homes and Gardens, Parents Magazine, and Harper Collins Publishing.
Taylor will be appearing in Ocean’s 8 starring Sandra Bullock, Sarah Paulson, Anne Hathaway, and Rihanna premiering in June 2018. He also filmed a short entitled A Poet Long Ago — which was directed by award winning film and television director Bob Giraldi.
Taylor originated the role of “The Boy” in a reading of Two Boys: An Opera in Two Acts at Lincoln Center. The opera was composed by Nico Muhly and directed by Bartlett Sher. Prior to that, Taylor was cast as “Young Tarzan” in the National Tour of Tarzan with Atlanta’s Theater of the Stars.
Taylor also enjoys performing in NYC theater productions. These include: Carrie the Musical (George); Xanadu (Hermes, Centaur and Young Danny); Legally Blonde (Warner Huntington III); pilot production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Jr. (Sebastian); and Zombie Junior Prom (Josh). These favorite performances have been with the Broadway Workshop under the direction of Marc Tumminelli.
Taylor also enjoys photography and video editing in his spare time.
